I hope everyone has a great holiday! (if it applies!) I'll try and be back in full force later in the week. Although my commenting skills have been at peak performance this week, I haven't devoted much time to my own blogging. I plan to do this soon.
Hope that everyone has a safe and happy day, whatever you end up doing!
*Honestly, what the holy hell does this song mean??*

Fun song and photo! Hope you have a happy 4th!!
Hee! I was singing this all morning!
What DOES that song mean? I will ask the kids today and share my results with you. I'm sure Jack has some wild and wonderful view on viewing feathers as macaroni (Do you think drugs played a heavy part in the creation of this song?)
Sometimes commenting on blogs is more fun than maintaining ones own blog.
Not that I would know from experience or anything....noooooo.
You have a great day, too! And I've always wondered what that song means, too. I was singing it the other day (only substituting some stuff with my cat's name...because that's what being a cat owner does to you...give it time...soon you'll be singing songs with Cosmo's name in it) and Mr. ARM and I stopped and said, "Why macaroni??
Macaroni was a fashion term of the day back then. Kind of like a colonial metrosexual if I understand it right.
I've been thinking about you a lot today.
Happy 4th July.
Happy 4th! Hope you're having fun today!
ally- thank you! happy 4th girl!
bre- it's been in my head all day now too.
brandy- please do ask jack what his thoughts are on this. i have to suspect that perhaps drugs, or alcohol had something to do with it.
arm- happy 4th to you lady! hope you had fun with the fireworks and cheap wine! i love that you sing songs substituting your cat's name!
travis erwin- hi and thanks for stopping by. i appreciate your take on the macoroni question. metrosexual ... hmm, you might be on to something.
egan- you have? is there something going on tomorrow? i forget.
clare- thanks! you too. and thank (you, right?) for the ecard!
airam- thank you friend! hope your day is goo as well:)
Jack said this: "Feathers are important because they keep birds warm. Macaroni makes me and my little sister really happy because it tastes good and is good for you when you add weiners". Take from that what you will.
brandy- i appreciate you reporting back with jack's take on this. i think he's wicked cute. AND he said weiners. what more could one ask for?
